| dc.description.abstract | 이 연구는 정부의 지원으로 1인 창조기업으로 시작하여합병을 거쳐 사업을 성장시킨 기업의 사례를 통해 1인 창조기업의 지속가능한 경영전략을연구하고자 하였다. 창업 성공요인으로 위험감수와 도전정신, 혁신정신과 가치창출의관점에서 바라본 창업자의 기업가 정신과 역량을 분석하였다. 사례분석에서 얻은 함의는다음과 같다. 첫째, 1인 창조기업의 성공에는 창업자 개인의 능력과 의지가 많은 영향을미치지만 1인 기업의 장점을 어떻게 활용하는지의 여부도 중요하다. 둘째, 자본과 역량이부족한 1인 기업은 니치마켓을 공략하는 혁신적인 아이디어가 중요하며, 셋째, 시너지를낼 수 있는 회사와 합병을 하여 지속가능한 경영체제를 완성해 나가는 단계가 필요하다. | - |
