- Abstract
- The average profit of credit union isn't higher than that of banks. So korean credit union has been trying to ensure profit by the diversification of work. Therefore, this study suggests the direction of policy making which contributes to the service improvement of credit unions by keeping relationship and the coincidence of value in the service quality of credit union. This study has been done through the credit union internal data in korea for suggesting the inspection model of this study. The parameters in a latent growth curve model are typically estimated within the framework of AMOS and related methods such as EQS and LISREL.
The results shows that the slope factor of latent growth curve model does not have a statistically positive influence on local, however, intercept factor of latent growth curve model not has a statistically positive influence on local. And pervious research focus on investigate th relationship among a new loan on security, a new loan on credit and the credit union. This study show that statistically negative relationship among a new loan on security, a new loan on credit and the credit union is also exist. This study reveals that the credit union need to investigate the improvement of a new loan on security and a new loan on credit of credit union.
