| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구의 목적은 효과적인 퍼실리티 매니지먼트 계약의 작성에 있어 지침을 제공하는 것이다. 퍼실리티 매니지먼트는 단일한 시설 서비스에서 완전 통합된 시설 서비스 및 조직에 대한 기능적 접근의 결합 등과 같이 다양할 수 있지만현재는 1차적으로 통합 시설 서비스 및 기능적 접근법을 도입하는 조직을 대상으로 작성되었다. 또한 기술과 경제체제가 발전함에 따라 이러한 시설 서비스에 대한 수요 역시 증가하고 있다. 이러한 계약은 특성상 시설 서비스를 확보하는조직(고객)과 그러한 서비스를 제공하는 조직(퍼실리티 매니지먼트 서비스 제공자) 간의 관계를 정의하고자 한다. 본연구는 한국 일반 시장 내 퍼실리티 매니지먼트 계약을 작성하고자 하는 당사자를 위한 실제적이고 표준화된 도구로 활용이 가능하다. 퍼실리티 매니지먼트 내 표준이라는 측면에서 선도적인 문서로 퍼실리티 매니지먼트 분야 내 관련 용어및 정의를 제공하며 퍼실리티 매니지먼트의 범위에 대한 통찰을 제공하고자 한다. | - |
