| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구는 법인세법상 결손금소급공제제도 및 이월결손금공제제도(이하, 결손금공제제도)가 기업의 위험감수성향에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 분석하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 2002년부터 2013년까지 유가증권시장 상장기업과 코스닥시장 상장기업 중 금융업을 제외한 12월 결산기업을 대상으로 실증 분석하였다. 주요 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 결손금공제제도는 기업의 위험감수성향을 증가시키며, 결손금소급공제제도에 따라 발생하는 환급(공제)세액이 클수록 기업의 위험감수성향을 더 증가시킨다. 결손금소급공제제도가 이월결손금공제제도보다 기업의 위험감수성향을 더 증가시킨다. 결손금소급공제요건을 모두 갖춘 중소기업이 손익상황요건만 갖춘 대기업보다 기업의 위험감수성향을 더 증가시킨다. 본 연구는 법인세법상 결손금공제제도가 기업의 위험감수성향에 미치는 영향을 다룬 초기 연구라는 점에서 의의가 있으며, 결손금공제제도가 기업가 정신과 관련된 기업의 위험감수성향에 양(＋)의 영향을 줌으로써 기업의 창업․투자․성장에 긍정적인 기여를 한다는 점을 실증분석하였다는 측면에서 정책적 시사점이 있다. | - |
