| dc.description.abstract | Social Network Game(SNG) has been used widely and becomes a part of daily life. However, compared with online game or other games, there is lack of empirical studies about SNG. In this study, we found out factors that influence SNG issues by using several hypotheses based on a solid research model, and investigated the moderating effects of sex and nationality. In order to achieve the objectives of this study, we reviewed the previous research literature. We surveyed SNG users in Korea and in China, and got 273 questionnaires from Korea and China We used the LISREL 8.72 and SPSS 20.0 for statistical analysis, We confirmed that the quality of the SNG system and commitment are have a positive impact on user satisfaction and loyalty. but personal innovativeness does not have a positive impact on user satisfaction and loyalty. There are not the moderating effects of nationality and sex. | - |
