스키리조트 여가체험유형과 성격특성이 심리적 안녕감과 충성도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

Abstract

This study is to investigate the influence of leasure experience type and extroversion, one of the personality, on psychological well-being in ski resort. The study is to inquirer moderating role of extroversion between leasure experience type (ski related experience and non ski related experience) and psychological well-being. Further, the relationship between psychological well-being and loyalty was investigated. Total 373 ski resort customers were exposed by leasure experience scenarios and responded to a questionnaire. As a result, leasure experience type and extroversion significantly influenced on psychological well-being. Respondents who are high extrovert have higher psychological well-ing than one who are low extrovert in the ski related leasure experience scenarios. In the non ski related leasure experience scenarios, however, respondents who are low extrovert have higher psychological well-ing. Besides, psychological well-being plays a mediating role between leasure experience type and/or extraversion and loyalty. Academical as well as practical implications in the ski resort are also discussed in the end.
