| dc.description.abstract | 희귀·난치성질환으로 분류될 수 있는 선천성 혈관기형은 치명적인 위험에 이를 수 있는 문제에도 불구하고 겉으로 드러나는 증상과 어려움의 정도가 매우 다양하다는 특성과 함께 이에 대한 교육현장 및 관련전문가의 이해부족으로 그동안 적절한 지원이 이루어지지 못하였다. 따라서 이 연구에서는 선천성 혈관기형 진단을 받은 학생과 그 부모의 경험을 알아보고 이를 통해 학교 및 관련 전문가의 이해와 적절한 지원방안에 대해 탐색하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 총 14명의 부모와 학생이 집단 및 개별면담에 참여하였으며 질적자료의 분석을 통해 총 8개로 선정된 핵심주제어에 대한 집단간 분석이 이루어졌다. 또한 부모와 학생의 경험과 인식은 총 7개 범주, 25개 하위주제로 정리되었으며 이는 1) 진단과 치료과정에서의 경험, 2) 학교와 관련한 일상적인 경험과 대처, 3) 사회적 경험과 인식, 4) 가족의 경험과 자조모임의 역할이라는 주제로 분석되었다. 마지막으로 학생과 부모의 경험을 토대로 한 주요 어려움과 이에 대한 지원요구가 함께 논의되었다. | - |
